Step II – Level 1 training course for inexperienced technicians

Enroll now in our comprehensive Step II – Level 1 training course and take the first step towards unlocking your full potential by expanding your range.

In line with the ISO 23678:2022 Standard, this course will certify you or your service engineer as a Level 1 Service Engineer, capable of operating on a variety of macro-categories of systems.

This course is thought for technicians who either have been working in the LSA field for a few months or for aspiring technicians.

We generally recommend our Step II – Level 1 course for companies who would like to improve the quality of their services by employing inexperienced personnel and training them from scratch, or who have already employed technicians and would like to improve their confidence and professionalism onboard by providing them with top-notch training.

This course lasts three weeks in total, one of which of theoretical training and two of practical training on the systems present at our academy.

Exclusions: Travel expenses, lodging and accommodation and anything else not mentioned above.

Lunch included in course fee.
